At Nymph’s Idyll, every piece of jewelry is crafted and packed with care. We value your trust in us and want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.


✨ Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not purchased during a sale or on discount, as such orders are final.

👉 Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.


✨ Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Kindly share an unboxing video or clear pictures within 48 hours of delivery at nymphsidyll29@gmail.com
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

✨ How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at nymphsidyll29@gmail.com within the applicable time frame.
  2. Provide your order details, reason for exchange, and proof (photo/video).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.
  4. After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement.

✨ Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Products will be delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 5 working days after approval.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
